1. Program Overview

The Action Rent-To-Own ("Drive to Own") program allows qualified customers to rent a vehicle with the option to purchase it after two (2) years or continue renting until full ownership is achieved after four (4) years. This is a rent-to-own agreement, not a lease or finance agreement.

2. Vehicle Ownership

All vehicles remain the property of Action Car Rental / Action Rent-To-Own until all required payments are completed and the title transfer process is finalized. Title transfer fees are based on applicable Florida DMV rates.

3. Payment Terms

Customers agree to make monthly payments as stated in their agreement.

• Payments must be made on or before the due date.
• Late or missed payments may result in repossession or additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
• The initial program fee (typically $1,500, depending on vehicle and program length) must be paid prior to vehicle delivery.

4. Program Options

At the 2-year mark, customers may:

• (a) Pay off the remaining balance and receive the title (no penalty for early payoff), or
• (b) Continue making monthly payments for two (2) additional years. A one-time $500 continuation fee will apply.

5. Insurance & Maintenance

Collision insurance is included during the rental period, subject to coverage limits, terms, and exclusions. Customers must maintain valid insurance at all times. Optional maintenance packages and discounted oil changes are available at participating service centers.

6. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must remain within the state of Florida, unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Customers must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proof of income and insurance throughout the agreement term.
• Unauthorized transfer or sub-rental is strictly prohibited.

7. Documentation Requirements

At time of enrollment, customers must provide:

• Proof of insurance
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of income

8. Program Availability

Vehicle pricing, models, mileage, and color options are subject to availability and may vary by location. Program participation is subject to approval.

9. Communication & Notifications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive text messages, emails, and phone calls from Action Rent-To-Own related to your account, payments, and program updates.
